You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent. On accumulating your first 300 points you are automatically sent a $30 voucher, then for every subsequent 300 points you will be sent another $30 voucher. The Athlete’s Foot vouchers can be redeemed with a purchase at any The Athlete’s Foot stores and online.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on "Log In" at the top right of The Athletes Foot website, and select the "Create a MyFit Account" button. You will be directed to enter the information required to create your customer account. You may also choose to 'Create an account' when you proceed to the checkout. What do I do if I have two accounts?
Oh, dear! Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team below, they will be able to merge your accounts together. In merging the accounts, this will merge all data including, purchases, points and vouchers.
When reaching out to our Customer Experience Team, please include any information linking to your accounts, for example, a contact number, email or MyFit number.
Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for all information to merge across.
Do I have to make an online account if I'm already a MyFit member?
If you have an existing The Athlete's Foot MyFit Rewards membership but have never registered on The Athlete's Foot website before, you will need to register to link your existing in-store account.
To complete, all you need to do is Create a MyFit Rewards account here.
As long as you are using the same email address listed on your in-store MyFit Account, this will automatically activate the account to use online.

Why have I not received my password reset link?
If your account is active online, you will receive your password reset within 15 minutes. Depending on your spam filters, it is possible that your password reset email has been forwarded to your junk folder - we would recommend double-checking your junk folder.
If you have a MyFit account, however, the account is not registered online, you will not receive a password reset email until you have registered the account online. To register your account online, please click here.
If you still have not received your password reset email, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team below. Please include any information linking to your MyFit account, for example, email address, contact number or MyFit number, when contacting us, as this will help to speed up the process.
How do I return an item I purchased with a MyFit voucher?
All vouchers redeemed against an online order that has since been returned is reinstated, once the refund has been processed. Once the voucher is reinstated, the voucher will appear as active on your MyFit account. To view this, please log into your MyFit account.

How do I use a MyFit Loyalty Voucher?
MyFit loyalty vouchers are redeemable both online and in-store. To use in-store, you will need to provide staff with your MyFit number at the checkout (or any information linked to your account). From there, staff will be able to locate the voucher on your account and deduct it from your purchase.
Alternatively, if you wish to buy your intended items online, in the final stage of the secure checkout select the “Apply gift cards and loyalty vouchers” payment method. This will expand and the necessary section to fill in the voucher number will appear. Once the numbers have been entered simply click Apply.

The only personal information which will be collected from you as a member of MyFit™ Rewards at The Athlete’s Foot will be:
- Your name, address, phone number(s), email address and date of birth - This will include contact details and other information relevant to providing services to you. This may take place in a number of ways, such as via your use of our Site or when you purchase in-store.
- Transaction details relating to purchases made at The Athlete’s Foot.
- We may also collect personal information from third parties including, for instance, your representatives or publicly available sources of information. All personal information that we collect, is reasonably necessary for the provision of our goods and services to our customers.
As part of the service provided to you by The Athlete’s Foot, you will receive from time to time marketing materials relating to products and services offered by The Athlete’s Foot. This information will be forwarded to you using the contact details you provide to us. As a member of MyFit™ Rewards at The Athlete’s Foot, you consent to the use of your information for that purpose.
If you no longer wish to be a member of MyFit™ Rewards at The Athlete’s Foot, simply advise The Athlete’s Foot by contacting the free call number 0800 237 834 to delete your details from the database. You can, at any time, opt-out of receiving marketing material by contacting us on 0800 237 834

What are the MyFit Rewards Terms & Conditions?
Members will earn points on all purchases they make at any of The Athlete’s Foot New Zealand stores or online, a member will receive a minimum of 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can only be added to the MyFit™ account. On accumulating the first 300 points members are automatically sent a $30 voucher, then for every subsequent 300 points members are sent another $30 voucher.
The Athlete’s Foot will deduct from your MyFit™ Rewards account any Points that have been credited to your MyFit™ Rewards account in error and any points that relate to an Eligible Transaction which has been cancelled, reversed or relates to a refund given. Voucher redemption does not accumulate towards spending level and therefore does not accumulate points. Vouchers expire 6 months from the issue date.
The MyFit™ Rewards membership card is not a credit or charge card. The MyFit™ Rewards card is non-transferable but may be used by other family members. Points earned on the card are non-transferable.
The Athlete's Foot $30 Vouchers issued are redeemable at all The Athlete’s Foot stores in New Zealand and online. The vouchers are transferable, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used for lay-by payments and replacement is not guaranteed if lost. Vouchers cannot be used towards purchase of The Athlete's Foot Gift Cards.
Purchase of a The Athlete's Foot Gift Card does not contribute towards MyFIT Rewards.
To the extent permitted by law, The Athlete’s Foot and managers’ of the MyFit™ Rewards program will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the MyFit™ Rewards program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.
The Athlete’s Foot may replace or amend the MyFit™ Rewards offers and these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. In particular The Athlete’s Foot reserves the right to change the number of points required to qualify for a voucher and/or the amount of that voucher at any time. The Athlete’s Foot will use its best endeavours to notify members of any replacement or amendment, but will not be liable if it does not. The Athlete’s Foot may suspend or terminate the MyFit™ Rewards program at any time without reason or notice. The Athlete’s Foot will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination. MyFit™ Rewards is a trademark of The Athlete’s Foot New Zealand Pty Ltd.
